Reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the item back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange credit, minus any applicable restocking fees.
